By accessing or using this platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform
This Platform is a non-custodial, peer-to-peer (P2P) interface. We do not hold, control, manage, or have access to user funds, private keys, or recovery phrases.
2. User Wallet & Security
- Users register and access the Platform using a 12-word or 24-word recovery phrase.
- The Platform does not store or recover these phrases.
Warning: Loss of recovery phrase results in permanent loss of access, for which the Platform bears no responsibility.
3. No Data Collection
The Platform does not collect, store, or process personal user data including KYC information, identity documents, or financial details.
4. Transaction Responsibility
All transactions are initiated and executed solely by users. The Platform is not responsible for:
- Incorrect wallet addresses
- Incorrect transaction amounts
- Wrong blockchain network selection
- Failed, pending, or irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design.
5. Peer-to-Peer Trading Disclaimer
- All P2P transactions occur directly between users.
- The Platform is not a party, mediator, escrow, or guarantor of any transaction.
Users assume full responsibility and risk when trading with others.
6. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users act solely at their own discretion.
7. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Cryptocurrency laws and regulations in India and other jurisdictions are subject to change. Users are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Payment of taxes
- Reporting obligations
The Platform bears no liability for user non-compliance.
Profits and taxes are your own responsibility. The Platform does not participate in, share, or take any portion of the profit or loss from your trades — any gain or income you earn is entirely your own. Each merchant and each user is individually responsible for filing their own Income Tax Return (ITR) based on their own transactions and for paying any tax due in their country of tax residence. The Platform only provides normal software and payment-interface services; it is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, your tax assessment, filing, or payment. This applies equally to both merchants and users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Loss of digital assets
- Security breaches
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Market volatility
- Third-party actions
Use of the Platform is entirely at the user's risk.
9. Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
10. User Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to use digital asset services in their jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
