- 10–30 min — human moderator review ().
- 30 min – 2 h — counter-evidence window if other party objects.
- Final decision within 4 h max.
After resolution
- If you won — funds released; counterparty rating updated.
- If you lost — review what went wrong; export full chat for records.
- Either way — keep records for 7 years per VDA rules.
